A warm blend of Assam and Cambodi agarwood oil with rose, amber, soft musk, vanilla and honey, carried in jojoba oil. Rich and enveloping, with the oud sitting underneath the amber rather than on top of it.
The first of our five signature blends. Rose ruh and Iranian saffron over an oud base. In final testing.
House of Marafi is a small perfumery working with the raw materials of the Gulf and the Indian subcontinent: agarwood oil, rose and saffron ruhs, traditional attars and natural resins.
We buy from distillers and growers directly and blend and bottle everything ourselves in small runs. Our oud oils come from Assam and Cambodia, and we are testing plantation oils from China alongside them. The saffron in our carrier oils comes from Iran.
